Refund Policy
Hi!
Thank you for taking the time to read the Refund Policy.
How I Manage Refund Policy?
When you request a refund for work I've already completed.
You'll receive whatever balance remains after I deduct the cost of the work that's been finished.
I understand that sometimes the completed work might not be what you expected or needed.
But I still need to be compensated for the effort I've already invested on your project.
Payment Processing Fees
When you pay me through payment gateways they charge processing fees.
These fees get deducted from what I receive.
But when I issue a refund, I don't get those fees back from the payment processor.
This means I end up absorbing those costs.
To cover this, I deduct a minimum of 5% from payment gateway refunds.
This isn't extra profit for me.
It's simply to cover the processing fees that I can't recover when issuing refunds.
Diret Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, things are different.
I only deduct actual bank charges or transfer fees if there are any.
Most of the time, local bank transfers don't have fees. So there's nothing to deduct.
But if your bank charges for transfers, I'll need to deduct those actual costs.
Two Scenarios
If we haven't started working together yet:
You'll get your money back minus only the payment processing fees I mentioned above. No other deductions.
If I've already started working on your project:
Your refund will be calculated after deducting both the value of completed work and the applicable payment processing fees.
We Are Human
Not all things are black and white.
If you find yourself in a situation where you need a refund, just reach out to me.
I'd rather we talk it through and find a solution that works for both of us.
